I am a Legal Director, working within the commercial property team in the Leeds office. I am also part of the senior living and real estate finance offerings within the independent health team nationally.
In my early career, I have worked on ‘Bank lead’ transactions for lenders such as Aviva, Santander, Bradford & Bingley and RBS. I have expertise across large portfolio / distressed property transactions, investment, finance and landlord and tenant work and I work for a mix of corporate occupiers, manufacturers, institutional lenders, funds and care home operators.
I have been a trusted advisor for many years to Padgham Care Services Limited, Hallborough Properties Limited, National Westminster Bank plc, Jones Lang LaSalle Limited and Unifrax Emission Control Europe Limited, and many other national Banks and Lenders, as well as other national and international organisations.
