I am a property lawyer specialising in housing and development. I act predominantly for Registered Providers and Local Authorities on a range of development projects large and small.
My work includes site acquisition, negotiation of transactional documents including land and build contracts, title investigation through to completion.
Prior to embarking on a career in law, I worked for the Regulator of Social Housing which has provided invaluable in building relationships with, and advising Registered Provider clients.
