I specialise in defendant clinical negligence working on a broad range of cases, including orthopedic, complex surgery, obstetric and cosmetic claims for NHS Resolution.
I work closely with NHS Resolution and a number of Trusts in the West Midlands to ensure that claims are dealt with proportionately and as cost effectively as possible, providing support to clinicians throughout the process of a claim.
I joined Bevan Brittan in July 2019. Prior to that I had been working at another NHS Resolution Panel firm handling a very similar caseload. I qualified as a solicitor in 2013.
