I specialise in clinical negligence and medical malpractice, defending claims brought against NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers primarily across London and the South East of England.
I work with NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts on a broad range of claims involving mental health and Human Rights Act allegations, orthopaedic, surgical and obstetric claims. I have undertaken secondments at NHS Resolution and in the legal department of a London NHS Foundation Trust dealing with claims, inquests and advisory matters.
I also advise aesthetic practitioners, cosmetic surgeons and independent healthcare providers in respect of pre-action and litigated claims.
