I am a commercial property lawyer advising a wide range of public sector bodies on transactional real estate matters, particularly in relation to major projects involving regeneration and development.

I advise a variety of London boroughs and other local authorities across the UK, and have worked on a wide range of public sector projects in the education, leisure, waste, energy and housing sectors. I support clients in connection with all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions, development, disposals, title issues and landlord and tenant. I am also experienced at advising landowners and developers in the private sector on such matters.

I understand the importance of ‘public law’ (subsidy control, procurement, vires and governance) to the public sector, and I am experienced at advising local authorities on and navigating them through such issues when ancillary to commercial property matters. I am passionate about the successful delivery of public sector projects which enhance communities, public services and bring value.
