I am a Solicitor in the Employment, Pension, and Immigration team, advising employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. My work includes supporting clients with disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management, capability issues, data subject access requests, and other day to day workplace matters.
I also assist employers with the preparation and review of employment contracts, restrictive covenants, staff handbooks, policies and procedures, helping organisations maintain legal compliance and implement best practice across their workforce.
In addition, I support clients in the preparation of defending Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence, preparing witness statements, and advising on litigation risk. I am committed to developing my experience as I enjoy providing practical, commercially focused advice that helps employers navigate workplace challenges with confidence.
