I specialise in clinical negligence and medical malpractice litigation. I act for Insurers and Insureds on a wide portfolio of claims ranging from cosmetic cases to clinical negligence matters across different medical specialities and in particular I have worked on a number of spinal, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery cases which range in value as well as technical complexity.
I have experience as Head of Legal at an NHS Trust which included responsibilities such as managing the legal team as well as providing legal support to the Senior Management Team and the wider hospital staff.
Committed to delivering a cutting-edge service, throughout my career, I have actively published articles and delivered trainings for my clients. I stay actively informed of sector developments and how these will affect my approach to claims management as well as evaluating their implications for my clients.
