I lead the firm's Property team in the Midlands and am primarily focused on large scale development schemes and mixed use regeneration schemes. I have particular knowledge and expertise in acting on the interaction between real estate, the procurement regulations, subsidy control, the need for best consideration and the planning regime. My clients include local authorities, government bodies, universities and joint venture partnerships.
I am also Head of our Birmingham office.
She is very hands-on, with a high degree of practical expertise enabling transactions to progress at pace.

- Warwickshire County Council – advising on the negotiations for the procurement of a joint venture development partner using the competitive dialogue process to deliver the Council’s £2 billion priority projects.
- Cardiff County Council – leading on the negotiations for the procurement of a consortia to develop and operate a new 15,000 seat indoor arena in Cardiff as part of Phase 1 of the Cardiff Arena Masterplan. Now advising on Phase 2 to include procurement of a developer to deliver the Council’s new office headquarters and the phased mixed use redevelopment of the Red Dragon Centre.
- London Borough of Havering – advising in relation to the delivery of the 12 estates regeneration following the procurement of a joint venture development partner by the Council.
- Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council – leading the team acting on the redevelopment of Welwyn Garden City town centre.
