- Acted in the re-finance of a portfolio of exhibition centres across Birmingham valued at £500m.
- Provided strategic advice and a suite of transactional documents for site set up as part of a District Council’s Community Hub redevelopment project including new space for retail, healthcare, and office uses.
- Acted in the acquisition of land for the development of a large alternative energy facility. The facility will process over one million tonnes of fuel derived from non-recyclable waste to generate power equivalent to the annual demand of over 200,000 homes.
