I am an Associate in the Construction Disputes Team.
I have experience in assisting clients on various types of dispute including poor workmanship, defective work and design, payment, loss and expense, variations, delay and extensions of time and complex engineering disputes. My experience involves dealing with various types of dispute resolution including adjudication, enforcement of adjudication decisions and formal Court proceedings.
I have experience acting for a variety of clients in both the public and private sector including contractors, consultants, listed national developers, private limited companies, local authorities and NHS Trusts.
