  • If you are involved in the HR practitioner workspace, you will know how challenging 2023 has already been. Recruitment and retention issues have been causing headaches for many workplaces, industrial action is more prevalent than it has been for many years, and further significant employment changes may be on the horizon.

Our team of expert employment lawyers will guide you through some of the key issues of the year so far. They will also explore the next wave of changes, and what they might mean for your organisation.

The key areas we will cover are:

    • Tackling workplace discrimination and becoming employers of choice (with a particular focus on):

    a. Workplace sexual harassment

    b. How to support a neurodiverse workforce and get the best out of your employees

    • Case law round up
    • What’s on the horizon?

This webinar will be of particular interest to HR directors, HR managers, ED&I specialists, in house employment lawyers, general counsel, and other lawyers or managers with oversight of employment law issues.

  • Please note that registration for the webinar will close when the webinar starts, so do ensure you have booked your place in advance.

There is no charge to attend this session, but please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may become oversubscribed. Our clients have priority over non clients, but we endeavour to increase capacity where we can to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend.

Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places to one or two people per organisation, so please liaise with your team and decide who will represent your organisation before registering.
