Leading commercial law firm Bevan Brittan has further boosted its well-established healthcare expertise with the appointment of a new corporate partner.

Bharti Moore, previously of RWK Goodman, has a proven track record in providing high-quality corporate advisory and transactional support to clients ranging from start-ups to large multinationals.

She specialises in M&A and strategic transactions, supporting owners for exit, founders gearing to scale, investors backing growth, or when leadership teams are navigating complex transitions. She has led domestic and cross-border deals across acquisitions, disposals, investments, and corporate restructurings.

While her practice is sector agnostic, Bharti has developed particular expertise in the healthcare sector and regularly advises social care and pharmacy clients on buying and selling businesses, reorganisation and restructuring and corporate governance.

Based in London, Bharti will be working as part of Bevan Brittan’s multi-award-winning Independent Health and Care team, which provides comprehensive legal support to a wide range of clients across the health, care and life science sectors.

Commenting on her move, Bharti said: “I am excited to be taking my career to the next stage by joining both a well-respected team and a business which is going from strength to strength. I am thrilled to be joining the firm at such a pivotal moment, as it prepares to launch its new five-year business plan. It is an exciting time to come on board and be part of the next phase of growth.

“Bevan Brittan’s ambition, sector focus and collaborative culture really resonate with me, and I am looking forward to playing my part in helping shape its future.”

Vincent Buscemi, Partner and Head of Bevan Brittan’s Independent Health and Care team, said: “We're delighted to welcome Bharti to the team. Her exceptional skills and talent will be invaluable as we continue to deliver the highest level of service and advice to our clients.

“With M&A momentum building and increased investment and consolidation in the health, care and life science sectors, Bharti’s appointment will strengthen our deal-making capability and enhance our transaction-led support.”

Bharti’s appointment is the latest exciting strategic partner hire made by Bevan Brittan, following the recent arrival of employment specialist Ben Gorner. The law firm enjoyed a 12th successive year of revenue growth in 2024/25, with turnover reaching £86.7m.
