I am Solicitor within the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team. I support employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including employment tribunal claims, workplace disputes and settlement agreements. I work with clients across a variety of sectors, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
I trained at a large international law firm, where I worked with major international corporate and commercial clients, including businesses operating in the financial services, hospitality and leisure, and life sciences sectors. This experience allowed me to support clients on complex employment law matters in fast-paced and highly regulated environments, while developing a strong understanding of the commercial challenges organisations face.
I advise a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, independent healthcare and higher education. I have developed a generalist employment practice.
