I specialise in regulatory proceedings, clinical negligence and inquests working within our Health & Care - Resolution & Regulatory department. My experience includes acting for a variety of healthcare clients, including a number of major defence unions. I have experience in dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence cases of various complexity and value, in particular acting for GPs and private doctors. I work closely with NHS Resolution and a number of NHS trusts in London and the South East.
I also have experience in the healthcare regulatory sector, including acting for doctors under investigation by the General Medical Council and at hearings before the Interim Orders and Fitness to Practice Panels of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service.
