- Dealing with all property elements of conditional and unconditional disposals of high value development sites, including negotiating sale contracts, option agreements transfers of whole and part and overage and clawback deeds. Undertaking full due diligence, coordinating construction and planning elements, liaising with funders and reporting on key documentation.
- Dealing with all elements of sub-sales of subject to planning development sites, with multiple landowners.
- Advising and drafting documents for forward funding transactions and development documents for the re-development and phased sale of sites, including providing ongoing strategic advice.
- Acting for both borrowers and lenders on development finance transactions including drafting and reviewing certificates of title or bespoke reports.
- Drafting and negotiating complex Agreement for Leases with various conditionality elements (such as funding, planning or works) and the grant of multiple FRI and TIR headleases and underleases (acting for both tenants and landlords).
