I have over ten years’ experience in advising registered providers, charities and local authorities in all aspects of commercial property including property disposals/acquisitions, landlord and tenant and development. I also have detailed knowledge of the statutory and voluntary right to buy schemes.
I have extensive experience in acting on large scale tenanted property disposals and acquisitions between registered providers.
