How independent health care and soclal care providers should manage and prepare for Coroners' Inquests
I am a healthcare lawyer with experience in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious healthcare matters. As an experienced litigator, I regularly represent clients at inquests. I advise health and social care providers on all aspects of medical law and have worked with clients in a variety of settings including independent healthcare companies, medical care, community and acute mental health, and prison healthcare. I have experience in mental capacity and mental health matters, including Court of Protection matters, and have provided advice in relation to independent investigations. I assist clients with technical areas of law including EU Regulations and Directives.
I aim to provide high quality advice and representation which is centred on my clients’ best interests, being mindful of their legal responsibilities, commercial interests and the value of their reputation.
