I am a Solicitor in the Employment, Pensions and Immigration department advising employers across a number of the firm’s market areas with a particular emphasis on Healthcare. I have experience in assisting client’s with a broad range of Employment Tribunal claims such as discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, harassment, and victimisation claims.
In addition to Employment Tribunal claims, I have also helped to provide advice to employers on a wide-range of non-contentious employment and HR issues such as conducting policy reviews, and responding to ad-hoc queries relating to, for example, the extension of apprenticeship agreements in light of maternity leave and / or breaks in the apprenticeship.
