I am an experienced employment lawyer representing and advising a broad range of employers across several sectors with a particular focus on NHS Health and Care and Central and Local Government. I provide representation on Employment Tribunal claims and provide advice on a variety of matters, including reasonable adjustments, disciplinaries and grievances, and discrimination. I frequently act as an advisor to HR and senior leadership teams on strategic and operational issues. I especially enjoy establishing relationships with clients, working with clients on employee handbook updates, and conducting client training sessions on all aspects of employment law.
