I am a solicitor in the Health and Care Resolution department. I specialise in Defendant clinical negligence/medical malpractice claims. I advise clients on all areas of clinical negligence claims, both pre-action and litigated.
The majority of my work is for NHS Trusts and GP practices, as well as some independent health insurers.
Prior to becoming a solicitor, I worked in the department as a paralegal for nearly 10 years.
