I am a housing lawyer specialising in all aspects of housing management advice and litigation. I work primarily with Registered Providers of Social Housing and Local Authorities, and assist clients with a full range of housing management matters including anti-social behaviour injunctions, committal applications, and a variety of residential possession claims including anti-social behaviour, unlawful occupiers, failed succession, hoarding, tenancy fraud and sub-letting.
I have dealt with matters both in the County Court and the High Court, and routinely deal with complex defences arising including discrimination under the Equality Act, and breach of the Public Sector Equality Duty.
I have worked within the Social Housing Sector for the last 10 years and have a great level of understanding and awareness of the issues Registered Providers are facing within the sector. I also regularly provide training to clients on a range of housing management related matters.
I am delighted to have been ranked as a Leading Associate in the Legal 500, 2025.
Lauren Hampton is brilliant to work with. She is very conscientious, and her housing law knowledge is second to none. She is an asset to their team.
