I am an employment lawyer advising local authorities, housing associations, NHS trusts, universities, schools and private organisations on all aspects of the employment relationship. In particular, I regularly draft policies and procedures and contracts of employment, as well as advising on strategic issues like changing terms and conditions, redundancy, recruitment, terminations, and disciplinary and grievance matters.
I have experience of handling employment tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and whistleblowing claims, as well as resolving claims through commercial settlement.
My practice also extends to advising employers on inbound immigration and visa issues.
