I am an Associate in the Planning team and I act for private and public sector clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. My experience includes judicial reviews, statutory reviews, infrastructure agreements (highways, water and drainage), section 116 stopping up order applications, advice on listed buildings issues, planning appeals and advising on CIL compliance.
I have also assisted colleagues with planning enforcement matters, lawful development certificates (Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Use or Development/Certificate of Lawful Existing Use or Development), as well as having had the opportunity to get involved in energy projects including solar, windfarms and carbon capture storage schemes for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
