I am a Housing Litigator within the Property team, specifically advising landlords on appropriate action following reports of anti-social behaviour by one of their tenants, and assisting them in managing the litigation against them. Work with my clients’ can include managing tenants suffering from complex mental health issues and preventing unconscious and/or indirect discrimination.
Our clients are primarily landlords, whether registered providers of social housing or within the private rented sector, but we also have the knowhow to represent tenants facing litigation.
