I am a Solicitor within the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team specialising in Employment Tribunal Litigation.
I have extensive experience working for both Claimant and Respondent clients on range of complex matters including Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination and Whistleblowing.
To date, I have acted on several high-profile matters including but not limited to:
- defending a disability discrimination claim on behalf of a reputable agricultural College;
- representing a Claimant in an extremely sensitive sex-based discrimination claims against a global manufacturing company;
- representing a Claimant in achieving a strong settlement as a part-time worker against a prestigious UK University;
- representing a senior Tech Executive in an Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination claim worth approximately £1.4 million; and
- represented a UK-based General Practitioners’ practice in a substantial wages claim.
