I am a commercial property lawyer advising on a broad range of real estate transactions and with a background in asset management. I have particular experience in:
- acquisitions and disposals including transfers of a going concern, overage provisions, conditional contracts and option agreements;
- landlord and tenant matters including the grant of new or renewal leases, surrenders, assignments, 1954 Act renewals and agreements for lease for new or refurbished property; and
- deeds of easement and leases relating to infrastructure projects.
I work for a wide range of clients across the housing, retail and services and independent health and social care sectors. I have previously acted for SMEs and multinational companies, developers and property investors, charities and government agencies.
