The need to adapt, plan and innovate for a successful health and social care workforce over the next 10 years has never been more pressing given the continuing workforce supply challenges, (both globally and in the UK), the impact of the pandemic across the health and social care workforce, especially in terms of addressing health inequalities and workforce burnout, coupled with the emerging integrated systems agenda and the yet unheeded call for social care reform.

The Forum will explore how employers, commissioners, policy makers and other stakeholders support the mantra of the “right people, with the right skills, in the right place”, to support changing healthcare needs and the wider population health agenda.
