    A guide for Health Commissioners and NHS Trusts / Foundation Trusts

    This hour long webinar will provide an overview of the system wide changes that have been implemented following the introduction of the Health and Care Act 2022.

    Anna Davies, Senior Associate and Justin Leslie, Associate will cover the following topics:

    • Integrated Care Systems – back to basics – what are they and how are they intended to operate;
    • New duties and controls on NHS organisations;
    • A brief look at opportunities for collaboration across NHS organisations including joint working and delegation of functions; and
    • Hospital discharge arrangements

     

    Please note that registration for each webinar will close when the webinar starts, so please do ensure you have booked your place in advance to guarantee your attendance.

    Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may get over subscribed. Our clients get priority over non clients but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place.
