Liberty Protection Safeguards; what do the consultation, draft Code of Practice and draft Regulations say?

In this webinar, we will review some of the key features of the draft Code of Practice to the Mental Capacity Act in relation to the Liberty Protection Safeguards, as well as the draft Regulations.
We will consider some of the issues and themes of the Consultation which is due to close on 7 July 2022.
