In this session, Adam Kendall and Louise Mansfield will be joined by:

    • Duncan Craig, barrister at St Philips Chambers, who will be covering the incoming Tobacco and Vapes Bill, in particular:
      • Future developments and how these will impact local authorities
      • What the enforcement options will be
    • Emma Hall, associate at Bevan Brittan and former local authority prosecutor, who will be speaking on:
      • The blue badge parking scheme, specifically covering misuse of the scheme including offences of fraud, forgery and counterfeiting
      • Offences created by the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 and recovery options such as Unlawful Profit Orders
  • Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may get over subscribed.

Our clients will get priority, but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place.
