  • Please join us at our Workforce Forum on 22 September for an interactive panel discussion on the Health and Social Care Workforce Vision for 2031.

We are delighted to confirm our panel guest speakers:

    • Professor Martin Green – Chief Executive, Care England
    • Cheryl Samuels – Deputy Director Workforce Transformation, NHSEI London
    • Andy Armitage – Chief Executive Officer, Liaison
    • Leanne Gardiner – Transformation Director, InHealth Group

The need to adapt, plan and innovate for a fit for purpose health and social care workforce over the next 10 years has never been more pressing given the continuing workforce supply challenges, (both globally and in the UK), the impact of the pandemic across the health and social care workforce, especially in terms of addressing health inequalities and workforce burnout, coupled with the emerging integrated systems agenda and the yet unheeded call for social care reform.

The Forum will explore how employers, commissioners, policy makers and other stakeholders support the mantra of the “right people, with the right skills, in the right place”, to support changing healthcare needs and the wider population health agenda.

Please note that registration for each webinar will close when the webinar starts, so please do ensure you have booked your place in advance to guarantee your attendance.

Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited and may get over subscribed. Our clients get priority over non clients but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily oversubscribed we will limit places to one or two people per organisation so please liaise with your team and decide who will represent your organisation before registering.
