Bevan Brittan has been reappointed to Midland Heart’s legal services framework.
The leading commercial law firm’s specialist housing lawyers are set to support the Midlands housing association across four lots covering several key disciplines. They have been reappointed to Lot 5: Governance and will also now be assisting across three further areas:
• Lot 1: HR/Employment/Payroll/Health and safety
• Lot 2: Housing Litigation and Housing management
• Lot 3: Treasury, Finance and Contracts
Midland Heart provides around 35,000 homes across 51 local authority areas, with 70,000 tenants using its services.
