I advise banks, private credit providers, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on acquisition and leveraged finance, general corporate lending, refinancings, restructurings and venture debt. I have particular expertise in Independent Health, Living, Manufacturing and Financial Services.
Having acted for both lenders and borrowers throughout my career, I understand the different commercial pressures on each side of a transaction. I focus on giving clear, practical advice, identifying the issues that really matter and helping clients complete transactions efficiently.
