I am a specialist in medical negligence claims with over ten years’ experience, predominantly representing defendant NHS Trusts, GPs and private healthcare providers. My practice has been wide-ranging, including inquest, pre-action and litigated matters dealing with complex procedural, legal and medical issues. I have a strong background dealing with high value and sensitive cases including claims involving:
