I am a legal director in the Banking & Finance team based in our London office. I have 25 years of experience advising borrowers and lenders in relation to acquisition finance, leverage finance and real estate finance transactions. I also have significant experience in commodity finance, fund finance, development finance and sovereign lending.
My current practice is largely focussed on the UK health and social care sectors. In the public sector I advise a number of NHS trusts and other public healthcare providers in relation to their finance arrangements, with a particular focus on the construction financing of healthcare facilities and also joint venture finance arrangements with private sector partners. In the private sector, I advise independent health and social care providers, with a particular recent focus on advising clients in relation to the acquisition and real estate finance aspects of portfolio sales of care homes to private equity buyers.
