I am an experienced civil litigation lawyer specialising in social housing litigation and landlord and tenant disputes. I am a part of our housing and property dispute resolution team.
I have experience of advising on a wide range of contentious housing management matters, involving advising social landlords on anti-social behaviour, possession, failing to provide access, committals and defending large volumes of housing disrepair claims.
I am an advocate representing clients in both the county court and magistrates Courts. I have also written and delivered training in relation to housing disrepair as well as written blogs.
