I am an Associate in our Property Team specialising in Property Litigation. I work for a number of the firms key clients across a number of sectors, most commonly involving strategic advice concerning portfolio management, be that for local authorities or in the private sector, developer disputes, and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, such as lease renewals, break options and dilapidations.
My clients include local authorities and housing associations, and I regularly advise them on the broad spectrum of issues that can arise from complex and varied portfolios.
I have particular experience in the telecommunications sector, in particular regarding issues surrounding the Electronic Communications Code and industry-specific issues regarding the retention and removal of telecoms masts.
