I am an Associate in our Property Team specialising in Property Litigation. I work for a number of the firms key clients across a number of sectors, most commonly involving strategic advice concerning portfolio management, be that for local authorities or in the private sector, developer disputes, and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, such a lease renewals, break options and dilapidations.
My clients include local authorities and housing associations, and I regularly advise them on the broad spectrum of issues that can arise from complex and varied portfolios.
I have particular experience in the telecommunications sector, in particular regarding issues surrounding the Electronic Communications Code and industry-specific issues regarding the retention and removal of telecoms masts.
