I am a Solicitor in the Health & Care Regulatory team based in the London office. I advise clients across the health and social care sector, including NHS Trusts, ICBs and independent providers.
My practice focuses primarily on the Coronial Court, Administrative Court, and Court of Protection. I support clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to the coronial process, judicial reviews, mental health law (including mental capacity), human rights issues, and a broad range of healthcare queries.
I trained and previously worked at Civil Liberties firms, where I supported individuals and families in inquests and civil actions. This background informs my approach, bringing a well-rounded perspective to complex and sensitive matters
