I am a Corporate Partner, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts, private equity, energy and infrastructure transactions and general company law matters.
My practice focuses on transactional and advisory work, and I have particular experience and expertise in the energy (both renewable and conventional power) and infrastructure sectors. I also have experience across a range of other industries and sectors, including financial services and transportation.
