I am a corporate lawyer and act for a wide range of clients including SMEs, PLCs, housing associations, local government, NHS trusts, and education bodies.
I advise on a range of commercial agreements and in respect of joint ventures, and on the sale and purchase of shares and assets in a variety of sectors including energy and housing. This involves advising on appropriate funding options including lending and the methods for securing such lending.
I work regularly as part of larger cross-disciplinary teams for infrastructure and regeneration projects and I have experience of both domestic and cross-border transactions.
