I am a commercial litigation solicitor with over 12 years’ experience covering a wide range of commercial litigation matters. My clients have come from a variety of sectors and services, including local authorities, various NHS bodies, police forces, commercial organisations, directors, shareholders, and high net worth individuals.
My experience includes working on various PFI disputes, defending public procurement challenges, contract disputes, misrepresentation, warranty and indemnity claims, partnership disputes, sale of goods and supply of services, professional negligence, unjust enrichment, tortious disputes, recoveries and enforcement, and defending prosecutions from regulatory authorities.
I have experience dealing with cases proceeding in the High Court of Justice Technology and Construction Court / Chancery Division / Business and Property Courts, the County Court and Magistrates Court, including injunctive applications, and also adjudications. I also have experience of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
