• I am a Commercial and IP lawyer with particular expertise in the Technology, Healthcare and Digital Health sectors.

I have over 15 years' experience advising businesses on a range of commercial, technology and intellectual property matters, including outsourcing, digital transformation projects and strategic commercial partnerships.  This has involved drafting and negotiating commercial IT contracts for bespoke software development, licensing arrangements and the provision of software and hardware systems for a range of deployment models including cloud, SaaS, on-premise and hybrid.  More recently, I have advised clients on the development and deployment of AI and machine learning tools.

I frequently act for both technology vendors/suppliers and customers. This perspective enables me to deliver insight into market practice and pragmatic solutions for clients, whether they are buying or selling technology.

My clients include a range of businesses, from innovative scale-ups to multinational corporations.

I also have extensive experience successfully integrating with in-house legal teams, combining technical legal knowledge with a keen appreciation of delivering advice and actions to help meet the commercial objectives of the wider business.  I have worked on long-term secondments for a range of large enterprises in the technology, health and retail spaces, acting as dedicated legal counsel to the business for day-to-day matters as well as overseeing and managing specific projects.

I have been recognised by Legal 500 for several years as a Recommended Lawyer in the areas of Commercial, Technology (TMT) and IP, as well as being listed as a Rising Star in IP.

Brett Lambe is a great example of how solicitors should distil solutions and apply it to their clients’ business. He knows the history of our company and I trust his advice implicitly.
