• I am a banking and finance lawyer with a growing focus on social housing finance. I have acted for a variety of registered providers of social housing as borrowers in a variety of transactions including syndicated and bilateral loans from banks, private placement transactions with institutional investors and issuing public bonds.

    Outside of the social housing area I have acted for a variety of lenders in relation to real estate finance and acquisition finance transactions.
