• I advise a broad range of clients including registered providers of social housing (RPs), local authorities and third sector organisations on corporate, governance and regulatory matters.

    My work includes advising on mergers, incorporating RPs and other entities as well as providing day-to-day governance, regulatory, vires and constitutional advice and company secretarial support. I have experience in general company law, charity law, local government and procurement law. 

    Prior to becoming a solicitor, I worked for over eight years in various housing policy and strategy roles at RPs and local authorities and bring a wealth of practical experience to the role.
