Key changes and current affairs for Company Secretaries working in social housing

I am a Corporate solicitor and advise a variety of clients, ranging from entrepreneurs and founders to local authorities and housing associations.
My work includes advising on:
- Company sales and purchases
- Corporate re-structures
- Corporate contracts clients need for their businesses such as shareholder agreements and partnership agreements
- Joint ventures and collaborations
- Charitable conversions and formations
I also assist Corporate Partner, Sarah Greenhalgh, in the publication of monthly Company Secretary Snapshot articles and am actively involved with the firm’s Manufacturing Market Focus Group.
