    • Daniel Purcell, partner at Bevan Brittan who will be discussing the recent ‘Mazur’ decision and its impact on local authority legal teams conducting prosecution cases
    • Henry Skudra, an experienced barrister at St Philips Chambers with expertise in confiscation and asset recovery, regulatory matters, local authority work, licensing and financial crime, who will be providing an overview of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
    • Emma Hall, associate at Bevan Brittan and former local authority prosecutor, who will be speaking on planning enforcement and looking at recent examples

    This webinar will be of interest to local authority legal professionals, particularly prosecutors.
