    • CostsMark Holloway, Senior Associate, will be looking at ways to improve recovery of litigation and prosecution costs.
    • Delay – With Court back logs now stretching into years, Emma Hall, Associate, will be considering the impact of delay on prosecution cases.
    • HMOS licensing and HRSS - Dr Dan Jacklin, experienced barrister at St Philips Chambers, will be reviewing HMOS licensing and the rating system, considering case law and looking at ways to improve prosecutions.
