Bevan Brittan has added two experienced partners to its growing Independent Health & Social Care practice. Sarah Skuse and Siwan Griffiths who join the firm’s London office, moving from Capsticks LLP.
Sarah Skuse is a commercial property lawyer with significant experience of advising health and social care clients on real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, development work and various leasing structures with associated funding arrangements and advising national care home operators, funders, investors and developers.
Siwan Griffiths is a regulatory specialist, advising care home owners, social housing associations, and independent health and NHS providers extensively on health and social care regulation. Siwan now re-joins Bevan Brittan, where she previously worked for over eight years in the 2000s.
Sarah and Siwan join a team at Bevan Brittan with a significant presence in the independent health and social care market, acting for over 170 care providers, suppliers, funders and investors. The practice has more than doubled its number of clients over the last few years. The quality of its work was recognised last year by winning ‘Legal Advisors of the Year – Private’ at the HealthInvestor Awards 2019.
