Bevan Brittan has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s (GCA) RM6374 Legal Panel for Public Sector, reinforcing its position as a leading legal adviser to public sector organisations across the UK.
The framework provides public sector organisations with access to a comprehensive range of legal services through a compliant procurement route. Alongside full-service legal support, it offers specialist expertise across a range of areas, including commercial contracts, litigation, major projects, and costs law.
Available to a broad range of organisations, the framework supports central government departments, devolved administrations, local authorities, health and education bodies, emergency services, charities, not-for-profit organisations and other public sector entities throughout the UK.
The framework, which succeeds the previous RM6240 Public Sector Legal Services framework, commenced on 30 July 2026, and will run for an initial three-year term, with an option to extend until July 2031.
Bevan Brittan was successfully appointed to the following lots:
Lot 1a - Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector
Lot 1b - Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government and Local Communities
Lot 1c - Full Legal Service Provision for Health and Social Care
Lot 2 - Focused Legal Support
Lot 3 - Litigation and Disputes
Lot 4 - Projects and Complex Advice including PPP
Lot 6 - Costs Lawyer Services
The appointment further strengthens Bevan Brittan’s public sector credentials. In addition to its place on RM6374, the firm is also a supplier on RM6360, GCA’s Legal Panel for Government, which provides legal services to central government and their executive agencies.
