I am a Solicitor in the Infrastructure (Projects) Team at Bevan Brittan LLP, specialising in UK public-private partnering projects (PFI/PPP including LIFT) (with a focus on education and health but also including energy, key-worker accommodation and custodial infrastructure and projects). Advisor to both procuring authorities (Central and local government, NHS Trusts and healthcare providers) and private sector partners on existing operational projects and the delivery of new PPP projects and partnering arrangements.

Part of the Team to advise Welsh Government and the Authorities on the delivery of the Welsh Education Partnership (WEP) pathfinder schools projects and first college project under the Mutual Investment Model (MIM) developed by the Welsh Government.
